To place orders
1) Select the products you are interested in. For masks, there is a minimum order of 10 pcs per brand but you can mix and match the variety. If you are ordering a package, please indicate the name of package to avoid any misunderstandings. After indicating the name of package, please indicate the masks you want (Wo De Xin Ji & Hokkaido Lover).
2) Please email your orders to kylizboutique@gmail.com . Out of stock items will usually be indicated beside the products listing.
3) If you are a member, please indicate your membership no. If you are utilising discount voucher, please quote the voucher no. No discount will be given on meetup if it's not indicated in your email. If it's your birthday month, please indicate that you are getting birthday month promotion, otherwise, you are only entitled to normal members' discount.
4) Meet up is possible at Dhoby Ghaut Mrt, Kovan Mrt, Hougang Mrt and AMK Mrt on weekday evening at our convenience. Alternatively, you can opt to have the items mailed. Postage will be advised upon confirmation of orders and will be beared by buyer, unless otherwise stated.
5) We will email you an order confirmation and the total bill usually within 2 days after receipt of your email. Transfer your payment to POSB Savings account before the items are sent.
6) After making bank transfer to POSB Savings account, please email us the details. Items will be posted within 3 days after receipt of payments. We will take utmost care to mail your items in their best conditions but we will not be liable for items that are damaged or lost in the mail. Registered mail is encouraged for those who opt for postage.
7) All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
